Refund and Disputes

Welcome to our refund policy. We want to keep things clear, so here’s how refunds will be handled in different scenarios.

Refund

If the Skylift vehicle we provide breaks down during your working hours and we can’t replace it on the same day, you’ll get a full refund for that day.

In case the Skylift you ordered isn’t delivered on your scheduled working day due to driver unavailability or vehicle breakdown, you’re eligible for a full refund.

No-Refund

If an issue arises from your end, we can’t process refunds.

Refunds won’t be issued for weather-related changes, cancellations, or interruptions. We’re not responsible for any damages resulting from these.

You’re responsible for site measurements and suitability for the Skylift. If it doesn’t match your requirements, the cost is on you, and no refund is given.
