By accessing the website, you have agreed to be bounded by the terms and conditions below. The site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove parts of the website without any advance notice. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Acceptance of Terms:
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, and you consent to our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and us.
USAGE OF VEHICLE
-Trained personnel can only operate the working platform(bucket). Except for the operator or authorised personnel, no one is allowed to use any part of the vehicle aside from the working platform(bucket).
-You shall be responsible for all damage caused to the vehicle regardless of the nature of the cause.
-You shall be responsible for the cleanliness of the vehicle. Any filth collected from your side shall be cleaned/disposed of before returning the vehicle to the operator. For any unacceptable filth, you shall bear the cleaning cost.
-Using our SKYLIFT to perform tree trimming/cutting or cement rendering is strictly prohibited. A penalty of RM10,000 and a blacklist of you shall be imposed should OD Paints Sdn Bhd ever find out that you have used the vehicle in doing the aforementioned jobs.
REFUND AND DISPUTES
This session discloses the conditions where it falls onto the refund/no-refund category.
Refund
In a scenario where the provided Skylift vehicle breakdown during your working hours, and there is no capability for us to replace the Skylift vehicle on the same day, the rate of that day will be refunded in full.
In a scenario where the ordered Skylift is not delivered on your ordered working day because of a lack of driver or Skylift vehicle breakdown, you are entitled to a full refund.
No-Refund
-OD Paints Sdn Bhd shall not entertain any refunds if any problem emerges from your side.
-No refunds will be issued due to bad weather or weather-related circumstances that result in changes, cancellations, or interruptions to scheduled activities, events, or services. Our company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from changes, cancellations, or interruptions to scheduled activities, events, or services due to bad weather or weather-related circumstances.
-You are responsible for the on-site measurement, ensuring the working location is suitable for the Skylift vehicle to carry out its duty. If the arrived working aerial platform does not meet the working requirement, the cost shall be borne from your side, and no refund shall be given.
Trademarks and Copyright
SURCHARGE FOR OVERTIME
– The normal working hour for O.D Paints Sdn Bhd Skylift is (0900 to 1700) or (2200 to 0500). Any operation outside working hours shall be considered overtime, and you shall be responsible for discussing with our office [+60166600448] to obtain permission for overtime work.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION:
-By making a payment through the website, you authorise us to process the payment using your provided payment method. You are solely responsible for confirming the accuracy of all the submitted information.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
– Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email or Whatsapp notification from us. If you do not receive either, please contact our customer support immediately.
